THE HAVEN - Are there terrorists using Canada as a

Starring Alison Murray as CSIS Agent Ali Silver and Kingsley
Mann as a terrorist known as Valat, The Haven is a gripping
portrait of an operative’s mission to prevent the transport
of a weapon of mass destruction into the US. Eerily consistent
with current Canada-US border security issues, the film is
a depiction of how the "necessity of force" dominates
a fictional Black Ops Division of CSIS.
Stemming from the imagination of Deric Olsen, The Haven is
a 30 minute espionage thriller written, directed, edited,
and produced by the filmmaker. In a genre that screams for
a big budget, the film transcends its meager indie origins
with ingenius production techniques and a solid story seemingly
torn from the headlines of a security obsessed culture.
The film was shot entirely in Southern Alberta.
